Teo's Cake is created by Tatiana, a passionate pastry chef originally from Chișinău, now based in Sibiu. A mother of three, she turned her love for desserts into a craft she practises every day, with care and soul.
After five years of study at the Technical University of Public Alimentation Management in Chișinău, she specialised in pastry through hands-on courses with French and Russian chefs: macarons, modern cakes, plated desserts, Panettone and many more.
Her philosophy is simple: passion matters, quality matters. She'd rather decline an order than deliver something that doesn't meet her standard. Every dessert that leaves the studio carries care, energy and love.

Almond flour
